The Kahani Lab is an after-school media lab where creatively-inclined youth undergo 18 months of intensive multimedia training and civic education. They build technical skills, receive mentorship, and gain professional experience, emerging as socially conscious, job-ready media creators.

Kahani Lab also serves as a community sanctuary - a safe and joyful space for children, youth, and women residents to gather for film screenings, mental health support, dialogue circles, and creative workshops.
